*IYANA-IBA:* RASULU BREAKS DOWN ILLEGAL SHANTIES ON MARKET ROAD & DRAINAGES

...fish sellers to get a permanent selling space.

Business activities at *Iyana-Iba Market was paralyzed for hours yesterday when the  Mayor of Ojo Local Government *Alh. Rasulu Olushola Idowu* stormed the market environment to enforce laws and orders.

The Chairman who came in company of Iya-Oja General of the Local Government *Alhaja Okin* toured round the entire market premises demolishing shanties erected on drainages and on the road, thereby, placing a halt on vehicular movement even at business hours. This we will recall the Chairman frowned at some months back when the same market was gutted by fire.

On the same vein, Mr. Project has given a prompt approval for the construction and relocation of Fish Sellers within the market to a parmanent space as requested by the Market General. This is to ensure the market management and leaders curb some of the disorderliness caused by the set of business persons due to their large numbers.
